Dear Kristin and staff of InItaly,
Just got back from a wonderful vacation in Venice, Padua and Treviso. You were right, driving to small towns in Italy adds another dimension to the trip. The Palace Bonvecchiati is so close to St. Mark's square and to the shopping area. The Villa Odino was so pretty and so quite and serene. Thank you again for a lovely trip and if we ever go back to Italy, you will be the first one I will call.

Kristin hi,
I was impressed with your services since I first started talking to you about our upcoming trip. Your latest gesture reconfirms by beliefs about the level of service commitment to your clients.
Our stay in the hotels you recommended in Florence and Venice made up for what happened in Rome. I am glad I followed your advice to rent a car in Florence and tour Chianti instead of renting the car in Rome and driving to Venice. The Chianti region is truly a beautiful place. We stopped in a few wineries and met a few of the locals. Very nice and hospitable people as well.
Please feel free to use our recommendation for the Degli Orafi and Palace Bonvecchiati as we will gladly stay in either upon our return to Italy. They are truly exceptional hotels. Bonvecchiati has been recently refurbished and it shows as it is impeccably furnished. Our room was spacious and enjoyed a smart layout with a small entry leading to the bedroom on the right and the bathroom to the left. The room was very clean and room service and housekeeping were excellent. We felt it was the best overall hotel we stayed while in Italy. One observation to offer is about the directions on how to go to the hotel. The map attached to the voucher indicated to get off at St. Marks, go through the square and then to the hotel. We found that getting off at Realto, offers a shorter walk and without having to cross any canal overpasses (lifting suitcases, etc).
I thank you again for your thoughtful gesture. It was not necessary to do but we do appreciate your concern.
Until next time,
Best regards,
Pano G
