Dear Kristin,
You very kindly arranged a stay at the Daniels Hotel for me and husband. I would like to thank you for all your help and to let you know we had a lovely stay. The hotel was perfect and everything you said.
Unfortunately my suitcase never arrived in Rome and I did not see it again until we returned. But despite having no clothes, makeup etc we had a great time and the staff at the hotel did everything possible to help us.
I will definitely recommend your services to anyone travelling.

We wanted to let you know that our trip to Italy was wonderful. All of the vouchers worked fine and made things easy for us. We especially enjoyed the Daniel's Hotel in Rome and the Hotel degli Orafi in Florence. We hope to return to both and will recommend them to friends (as we have recommended your website). Hotel Santa Caterina in Siena was perfect for our exploration of the area outside of Siena. The staff was warm and friendly. We took their recommendation for dinner at a neighborhood restaurant down the street called Fori Porta. We ate there two nights. We would also recommend Dorando (expensive) for a great meal in San Gimignano and Osteria Sette di Vino (cheap) in Pienza. We came home thoroughly exhausted and satisfied. Thanks for helping us create this memorable trip. We will be using you again.

Daniel's Hotel was great. Room was nice and was clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was just ok, but the rooftop room was very nice. The location was perfect.

Our recent family trip to Rome and Umbria was wonderful. Although the van we'd arranged was slightly late, our trip to the Hotel Daniel was simple and nice. The driver was friendly and managed with very little english to point out a number of key spots. The hotel is perfectly located, just below the Spanish steps and in easy (jet-lagged) walking distance from most everything
one wants to take in on arrival. Check in was easy, and the lay-out (just two rooms per floor) was perfect for our family. The rooms are nice, and fortunately I was the only one bothered by the lingering smell of cigarettes; despite assurances that all hotels in Italy are now smoke free by law, they still have ashtrays in each room. They should probably remove the ashtrays, and give carpets, and all textiles a good cleaning, and then I wouldn't even hesitate to return. Given the location, lovely breakfast room, and all else about the hotel, I would still consider in one future trips, though I was happy to leave the smell.

We can't stop thinking about the wonderful time we had in Italy, and highly commend your service for helping in planning our trip. We certainly will recommend Initaly.com to our friends. You made the planning so easy and everything went exactly as planned. Daniel's Hotel is so elegant. The location is perfect as you are within a short distance of most of the sights. Since we were very close to the Spanish Steps we ate at La Rampa, which is behind the American Express . We would highly recommend this restaurant. They have a wonderful antipasto buffet which could serve as a hearty lunch. Their dinners are sumptuous.

The trip was fabulous and we very much enjoyed the Daniels Hotel. The location of the hotel is perfect. We were able to walk to everything....spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Vatican, etc.... The staff at the hotel were very, very friendly and extremely helpful. They suggested a few restaurants that ended up being our favorite for the entire trip. Pizza Re had the best pizza...fyi.
We were disappointed with really only two things. The first was the rooftop garden area. We were excited to be staying at a place that had rooftop access but when we arrived we found out that it was being re-done and was not open. It would have been nice to know in advance that this was the case. I don't think we would have changed our hotel based on this but our expectation would have been set beforehand. The other was the shower in the bathroom....try as we might we could not get the shower to not leak and it ended up practically flooding our bathroom each morning.
I would absolutely recommend the hotel to others heading to Rome. We really enjoyed our time in Rome as well.

Daniel's Hotel: The hotel staff was fantastic, and the accommodations were great. Perfect location, centrally located to everything, such that we could walk everywhere. The only down side we experienced was that the property next door was being renovated; hence, every morning at 7:00 am, we were awaken by banging on the wall.
Overall, we had a great time. Thanks for the assistance in coordinating the trip.
