TO RENT OUR ELEGANT APARTMENTS:
PLEASE NOTE: included in the rental price is electricity, independent heating and water costs, towel and linens provided with a weekly change, local taxes and weekly cleaning costs. Even typical Umbrian food, red wine and beverages are provided in the kitchen for a hearty Italian breakfast the first morning of your stay.
HELP FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS included! (This is hard to find in the Italian vacation rental market!)
Conditions: On making a reservation, guests will be liable for payment of 50% of the total fee as deposit, a sum that will be forfeited on cancellation of the reservation. The remainder of the fee due must be paid at the check-in. Furthermore, a security deposit of Euro 300 will be required on arrival to cover any eventual damage to the apartment during the stay. This deposit of Euro 300 will, of course, be completely refunded at the end of the stay if no damage has incurred.
