• Photographic prints are provided for personal use only and may not be transferred to another individual or institution.
• Permission must be obtained before any photographic print may be published or re-duplicated in any way, (Form MA-45).
• Payment must be in advance. Make check payable to NYC DEPARTMENT OF RECORDS. Allow 3 weeks for completion of order.
• The building's block and lot number will appear in the photograph.
• The quality of the "Tax" photographs varies considerably; every effort will be made to provide an acceptable print.

FEES: $25.00 - 8x10 print; $35.00 - 11x14 print; $2.00 - postage, if mailed.
