Our trip was wonderful. All of the hotels you helped us with were great. We especially liked Lake Como Vistas. The room was great, the view terrific and the hostess very helpful. The other we especially liked was Villa a San Gimignano. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend these to others, but as I said, we were happy with everything you arranged for us. Thank you very much for your help and we will also recommend your services to others.

Well we certainly did have a wonderful time and the two places that we stayed in fulfilled our expectations. Lake Como Vistas was very comfortable and clean and well fitted out and our host Kate was very helpful with everything we requested. The views were magnificent and we have one on our computer as a screen saver. The directions and map which you gave us could be improved by adding distances between points. Being first time in the area we were very unsure as to how far we were to travel to arrive at our destination. During our stay we travelled the short distance by car to Bellagio from where we took the ferry to a number of other delightful towns across the lake. The only difficulty that we had there was the access to the property as it is very windy and steep and the entrance to the property is almost impossible to get into when the car is fully loaded with baggage as there is a hump in the road just before the gate. As we said, once in, the place is a dream.

The Ciompi apartment building in Florence is very well situated being in the middle of the city close to shopping markets and major tourist attractions. Being able to park on the site was a real advantage and we didn't need the car at all except for one day travelling in Tuscany and Siena. The Vespucci apartment was very comfortable, however the bedroom wardrobes and the TV set should be updated. As you know from previous correspondence while staying there, one en suite bathroom had a unsealed shower recess with broken floor tiles which in itself was dangerous and caused flooding of the bedroom. This I am sure you will agree should have been fixed before it was let to tenants.

Dear Kristin,

We had a marvelous trip and Lake Como Vistas was a good place to stay. We had good tours on the road and on the lake to different places. We also had some good walks in the surroundings of the house. Both in Lezzeno and in the hills above.

The house is excellent and the host Nico is a HOST. His comment, "no problem," says it all, the few times we had a question to ask. We did not find any hidden treasures, except that this trip met all our expectations. It is wonderful after a "busy" day to sit on the balcony with refreshments and look over the water, see the boats sail by, the small towns on the other side and the mountains – common, that's fantastic.

Nico and his part of the deal was superb and your end of the bargain was great. We thank you and when we plan our future trip we really know where to start looking.

Dear Kristin,

Our trip was great - the stay at Lake Como Vistas was better than expected - Kate has added a couple of amenities your site does not mention (no charge mini-bar/fridge and offer of hot rolls in AM). We got a Canadian couple we met in town to switch there, we were so impressed.

One correction - Kate does not take charge cards - luckily we had enough to cover our 3 nights. Your site was a positive experience and we will use again.

Hi Kate,

Just a note to thank you for your hospitality last week. We had a wonderful time. The rooms and the location are lovely, the view is breathtaking and we really appreciated the upgrade as well, not to mention the lovely gift on our departure.

Hi Kristin

We like Lake Como Vistas very much. The room was clean and very nicely furnished. We had the whole place to ourselves for the 2 days as there were no other guests. So, it was wonderful!

Kate has done a great job with the place, putting in special touches. We particularly like the fact that she had stocked up the mini fridge with juices, mineral water as well as some biscuits, jam, tea and coffee supplies as we were a little far from the supermarket. The mini mart near Lake Como Vistas was always closed whenever we came back at the end of the day. So the supplies that Kate left us came in handy for a quick snack. And we love the electric espresso machine! We had great coffees in the mornings which we enjoyed very much.

We also like the restaurant at Hotel Aurora which is a short walk from Lake Como Vistas. It had great food at reasonable prices.

Lastly, we must commend you and your colleagues for the professional and efficient way you handled our booking. We are very pleased that we were provided with full information, clear direction and map to help us to find the property. You have made it less stressful for us....it was already very stressful to drive around Lake Como!

Thanks again. We'll certainly love to book our accommodations in Italy through you again in the future.
