Dear Jessica,
We had an extraordinary trip to Italy! I can't say that I would recommend driving but having a car allowed us access to many difficult to reach places we could never have seen. We had one driver, one navigator, one back seat sign spotter, and one person on the look out for pedestrians and scooters. It really takes a village.
The accommodations we booked through In Italy were all exceptional.
The Medieval Monastery in Arezzo was a very comfortable, scenic, and quiet. The breakfast choices were extensive and beautifully served. Our breakfast server cheerfully got our mornings off to a great start.
Casa Toscana B&B was located right in the heart of Chiusi. Unlike most of the Tuscany towns we visited, the tourists did not outnumber the residents. All of the sights and restaurants were an easy walk from the B&B. We almost felt like locals.
Sorrento Suites were exceptional. Everything was bright, spacious, clean, and cheery. Our balcony looked out upon the fireworks which seemed to be a frequent occurrence. Again many of the restaurants and sights in Sorrento were within easy walking distance of our suites. Giuseppe arranged a driver for our group to show us the Amalfi Coast. The driver was informative, polite and was so good that we actually felt safe. Rafaella had good restaurant tips. Both she and Giuseppe went far beyond the expected in making our stay pleasant.
Thanks for Helping Make our Trip so Pleasant!

Dear Kristin,
Our trip was great. The Villa in Arezzo was fantastic so was the staff and local people. Italians are very warm and welcoming. Especially when we got lost and couldn't get to our villa. A local older gentlemen had us follow him from the local town 20 minutes away to the villa just out of kindness. I will definitely use your site again for any travel plans to Italy and hopefully in the very near future.

Dear Julie,
I would like to let everyone know that I couldn't have had a better stay while I was in Italy without In Italy. I was alittle afraid at first booking all my hotel reservations over the internet with one company, but after reading all the comments I felt positive about In Italy. It honestly was the best choice I made. Our trip was simply amazing. We were in Italy for 3 wks. We did fly into Nice, France and stayed in the city of Menton. Loved Menton, it is beautiful. I highly recommend starting your Italian trip with the French Riviera and then come into Italy. After we left Menton we took a train to Sanremo and picked up our rental car and drove to Lago Garda and stayed at Garda Lakeside Residence. They were so friendly and the room was fantastic, what a view of the lake. It is located on the west side of the lake, so you do have to do an enjoyable drive of about 30 min to get to the train station (easiest way to get to Venice). For those of you who are worried about driving in Italy - I loved driving there. The first roundabout was a little tricky, but after that, you learn to drive as the Italians do and make your way in where you want to go.
I want to thank In Italy for doing an excellent job in researching all the places they recommend to stay. I will definitely be using In Italy again. My next trip will include more days in Venice, one just wasn't enough for this amazing city. For those of you who don't know how many days to stay in Rome, well, I found 4 was perfect. I was there 6 nights and that was too much. With our extra days we took the train to Sorrento for the day and also to Ostia Anticia, both wonderful to see and experience.
Thank you again In Italy,
Paula H.
Dear Jessica,
The Medieval Monastery was a country treasure! The service was excellent, the property charming, modern and very clean. Every amenity was attended to. Would highly recommend!
