Because it is the only building on the street, sunlight pours in through the big French windows, eliminating the "doom and gloom" as well as the noise related to many low-floor lodgings.

After you have checked your appearance in the foyer's full-length mirror, you'll come to the dining nook, where more big windows brighten a table for 4 as well as an ultra-modern kitchen equipped with a fridge, gas range, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffeemaker, toaster and kettle. Next you'll take a stairway of nine steps up to a wonderfully crafted upstairs bedroom, which is totally private and features a window, wardrobe, queen bed and gorgeous tiled en suite bathroom with stall shower.
