Dear Staff of Initaly,

Where to begin is what I keep asking myself. Let me start by saying, that Lorenzo is one of the best assets you could have. We arrived later than I had expected and there he was waiting for us. I could not believe it. He was so kind to give up his time, and really make us feel welcome. Since we rented the Florence Design apartment, and we had never been to Florence, we did not know what to expect. I can honestly say that it far surpassed my expectations. It was so clean, so roomy, and so enchanting. I can not tell you how wonderful it felt to come back to the apartment after a long day of sight-seeing (and there is so much to see), and just be able to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. I loved the apartment and would recommend it to anyone who is going to stay in Florence. I believe that I have found a home away from home the next time I am in Florence. Thank you and that everyone at initaly.com that helped with the trip to Italy. You made a trip become a trip of a lifetime.
