Size: Three separate apartments that each sleep 2+2 people; each apartment has a large living/dining room and brand new kitchenette; double sleep sofa; master bedroom with queen bed; and bathroom with stall shower or bathtub. One has a furnished terrace.
Features: Independent air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, DSL Internet connection.
Minimum stay: Three nights.
Disadvantages: No elevator but there are only 33 very easy steps up to the floor shared by all three apartments.
Car needed: No!

The fabulous location of these air-conditioned apartments makes them ideal for anyone visiting Rome, but they are particularly suitable for three couples or three small families, or one large family, for that matter! On the first floor (33 steps up) of a 19th-century building only three blocks from the top of the Spanish Steps, they are ultra-modern, immaculate, sunny, and spacious. You won't find even one antique here, but you will find just enough high-quality furniture to make your stay comfortable, along with elegant parquet floors, big sun-filled windows, fabulous modern bathrooms, and all the amenities that you are probably hoping for.

Sharing a floor to themselves, these apartments can be rented singly or together. Each unit has a large living/dining room with good quality double sleep sofa, satellite TV, DSL Internet connection, and modern kitchenette equipped with a cooktop, stove, fridge, electric kettle, and dishwasher. Units A and C also have a washing machine. The bathroom in C is off the hall, whereas those in B and C are en suite. A also has a lovely covered terrace with a table and chairs for four people. A and B share an entry, so they can become one apartment; C is just across the landing.
