ATS
utilizes car rental agencies with large fleets of vehicles suitable for every need. Their experienced
drivers are experts regarding locations and transfer destinations. In Italy, ATS operates out of
major Italian airports to all major vacation spots and downtown areas. Vehicles are comfortable late-model
sedans or mini-vans equipped with air-conditioning, and are available to transport you between your location
and the airport of your choice. Transfer services from airports are made by English-speaking, professional
drivers, and vehicles are equipped with satellite systems which check and organize the fleet.
ATS Call Center answers your calls seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day in English, in order to guarantee maximum assistance in case of emergencies, delays, or other needs for personal assistance.
Choose one of the following options:
| Private Transfer Rent a sedan or minibus for your private use for a maximum of 14 occupants. The driver will take you directly to your destination. Rates applied are those regarding the rental of the vehicle. |

| Shuttle Service (available at select European airports) You will only be charged for your seat, sharing the cost of the transfer with other clients. Vehicles utilized for these trips (maximum occupancy: 8) guarantee rapid yet comfortable service. Special group rates at lower cost are available depending on the number of passengers. |

For all services in Italy, your designated driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival gate. In order to facilitate meeting your driver, once you click over to the ATS website, you will be able to download a graphic of their badge, which you can then place in view once at the airport so that your driver can see it. Likewise, you will easily be able to identify your driver by the large yellow ATS-Italy sign he will be holding in a visible manner (pictured at right). Your name will be written on his sign. You should always check this to make sure you have found the correct driver. In addition, always show your voucher before getting into the vehicle. The proof that you have already paid for the service will discourage anyone illegitimate from trying to pretend they are your driver! |
