Booking Procedure: Booking is on a first-come-first-served basis. To confirm your transfer we require total non-refundable payment. No deposit or payment is processed until your transfer has been confirmed. To book a transfer, please fill out this form and submit it using our secure server. Click here for information about credit card safety. If you are paying by check you must fill out the form, print it, sign it, and fax it to us with a copy of your check, then mail us the check. We regret that we cannot request or confirm a booking without your payment information. Payment for the tour constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

*Please provide the exact time of your flight or embarkation. If you are scheduling a transfer to drop you off at the airport or cruise dock, we will inform you about the pick-up time when we confirm the transfer. If you are scheduling an arrival transfer, we will know how long to account for the time it takes you to pick up your luggage. Prices are for one large bag and two carry-on bags per person. If you have more than that, you must reserve a car for twice as many people as are in your group. If you do not, you may have to wait for a larger vehicle to arrive and you will have to pay extra fees on the spot. Please note that we cannot be responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate. If it is not and you miss the transfer, we regret we cannot refund the charges.
