ROME COOKING LESSONDear In Italy,
The class in Rome with Giulia was awesome! That honestly was the best thing we did in Italy! It was also the best food we had during our stay. Everything was perfect and the language was just fine. We had a couple trouble spots but it added to the fun and learning. We will definitely be back some day to visit again and perhaps learn more about Italian cooking.
I also really, really recommend this because many people come to Italy to see many different things (sites, tours and a bit of cooking). When I researched cooking lessons I either had to forget cooking and do other things or build my entire trip around cooking and do a cooking tour. Having a class like this really allowed us the best of both worlds. And let me tell you, I did a lot of research and in the end only found one other person besides your offer. The one thing that drew me to your lesson versus the other is the ability to select my own menu and choose what I wanted to learn. The items we learned are things we can easily make now that we are back here in America whereas the other places, while it's unique Italian / Roman cooking, I probably wouldn't make it when I came home.
It was a pleasure to meet you and hope our paths cross again.
