Please read these important tips before you book your transfer:
1. When filling out the form, try to provide a mobile phone that will work in Europe so that ATS can contact you if they have additional last-minute information. If you do not have a mobile phone, please type "none" in the field because if you do not, the form will automatically be interrupted. Please do not provide just any old number. For your own benefit, either provide a valid number or type "none."
2. If you aren't sure which airport you are flying into or out of, just look for the airport code on your ticket, and match it to the code on the form.
3. Remember that "transfer departure" location is the place where you begin your transfer and "transfer arrival" location is the place where you end your transfer. So if you are flying into an airport and wish to be driven to a downtown hotel, choose "airport" as your departure location and "city center" as your arrival location.
4. If you wish to book from a cruise dock to an airport, please scroll down through the grey section of "transfer departure" locations until you get to the white section. You will find your cruise dock listed again in the white section, and you will then be able to book a ride to the airport.
