Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit equals a percentage of the total cost. It is not a booking fee. The deposit is not transferable or applicable to other bookings or to modified lengths of stay at the same Accommodation.

The remaining balance, as reflected on our Online Booking Form, is due least fifty-six days before your stay begins. For bookings made within fifty-six days of your arrival at the property, full payment for your stay is due at the time of booking.

All cancellations must be sent by email or fax directly to the property. If you cancel all or any part of your booking, or if the booking is canceled by us due to non-payment, then the Accommodation shall be entitled to keep the following:

More than fifty-six days before departure	100% of Your Deposit
Within fifty-six days of departure	100% of The Cost of Your Stay

We regret that penalty payments cannot be transferred to other periods or other Accommodations.
