Booking Policy

A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. This deposit equals a percentage of the total cost. It is not a booking fee. The deposit is not transferable or applicable to other bookings or to modified lengths of stay at the same Accommodation.

The amount of your remaining balance will be clearly stated on the Online Booking Form, and will be due to the Accommodation upon your arrival. Any extra charges you may accrue during your stay are to be paid at check-out.

All cancellations must be sent by email or fax directly to the property. If you cancel all or any part of your booking, or if the booking is canceled by us due to non-payment, then the following will be charged to your credit card, either by In Italy Online or by the Accommodation:

More than 7 days before arrival	100% of Your Deposit
7 to 5 days before arrival	Your Deposit Plus 10% of the Remaining Balance
4 to 2 days before arrival	Your Deposit Plus 30% of the Remaining Balance
24 hours or less before arrival	Your Deposit Plus 100% of the Remaining Balance

We regret that penalty payments cannot be transferred to other periods or other Accommodations.
