Advantages: Pleasant and fairly new (totally gutted and rebuilt in 1999). A great opportunity to experience southern Italian living.
Disadvantages: On the first floor with no elevator.
Car needed: No, but if you plan to go to the beaches and do many day trips, it is extremely helpful.
