The hotel is on Via Labicana, across the street from the Coliseum, the apartments are on the same street or on Via dei Serpenti, up the street from the Forum. The Roman Forum and Circus Maximus are also very nearby. You can walk to most of the sights in ancient Rome within half an hour. Closets have full-length mirrors and shelves for folded clothing. Suites have two double bedrooms (one with French bed) and two bathrooms, or a double bedroom and a sitting room. Deluxe Double Rooms have Coliseum view. Every room has air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone with modem hook-up, safe, mini bar, and a private marble bathroom featuring bathtub with tub/shower and glass door, telephone, hair dryer, terrycloth robes and slippers, and nice courtesy set.
