No matter how you like your seaside experience, you will find it here: there are nature reserves and bird sanctuaries, there are Etruscan ruins and Saracen watchtowers, there are deserted inlets where adventurous vacationers can sunbathe au natural, and there are broad sandy beaches where families will find every form of recreational equipment and refreshment establishment known to humankind. Public Transportation: Your need a car to stay here, but local trains stop frequently at Follonica station, 4km away. Ferries for Elba Island leave often from Piombino (43 km from the property), and this makes for an easy day trip.         Rooms: 27 apartments including studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom. Each has a very large living/dining room with kitchenette, a modern bathroom with stall shower, and a patio, covered veranda or balcony. Studios have a queen bed in an alcove plus a single sofa bed in the living room; one-bedroom apartments have a separate bedroom with queen bed and a double sleep sofa in the living room; in the two-bedroom apartments, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other has twins that can be joined; three of the two-bedroom apartments have a bedroom with queen bed and single bed, as well as a loft with a queen bed.         Features: Air conditioning, central heating, double-glazed windows. Bathrooms have stall showers and hair dryers.         Facilities: Swimming pool (open mid-May through October).
