This extremely well appointed air-conditioned flat has been entirely renovated and rebuilt. It is located about 1.5 km from the center of Ravello on a quiet hillside halfway to the tiny hamlet of Torello. Because it faces a dead end street, it offers that magic combination of easy accessibility and silence. This is an ideal spot for a couple or family with one child who wish to relax and perhaps take wonderful scenic walks as well as day trips along the Coast. There is gated parking, a furnished garden area, and a wonderful patio with bougainvillea pergola, perfect for dining al fresco while enjoying the views of Minori, Maiori and the hills that undulate all the way down to the sea. About 100 yards away is a small friendly bar; shops and restaurants are 1.5 km away in Ravello.
From the road, you walk 13 steps up to the garden and patio. The latter opens onto the dining room and a small but well equipped kitchenette equipped with full fridge, oven and cooktop, dishwasher, toaster and plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. It has a pass-through to the patio, where a dining table and chairs await you. The house also provides two split-level sitting areas, and an archway leading to the sitting room with single sleep sofa and TV. The beautiful marble bathroom (with modern stall shower) is on one side of the sitting room and a small service room with washing machine is on the other side. Seven steps lead up to the loft bedroom, which has a king-size bed. The loft is large and comfortable but not suitable for anyone taller than 6'2".
