Hi Kate,
Just a note to thank you for your hospitality last week. We had a wonderful time. The rooms and the location
are lovely, the view is breathtaking and we really appreciated the upgrade as well, not to mention the lovely
gift on our departure.
It was a short but extremely enjoyable stay, and we will be recommending Lake Como Vistas to our friends and
colleagues in Ireland and in Germany.

We had a marvellous trip, thanks.
We like Lake Como Vistas very much. The room was clean and very nicely furnished. We had the whole place to ourselves for the 2 days as there were no other guests. So, it was wonderful!
Kate has done a great job with the place, putting in special touches. We particularly like the fact that she had stocked up the mini fridge with juices, mineral water as well as some biscuits, jam, tea and coffee supplies as we were a little far from the supermarket. The mini mart near Lake Como Vistas was always closed whenever we came back at the end of the day. So the supplies that Kate left us came in handy for a quick snack. And we love the electric expresso machine! We had great coffees in the mornings which we enjoyed very much.
We also like the restaurant at Hotel Aurora which is a short walk from Lake Como Vistas. It had great food at reasonable prices.
Lastly, we must commend you and your colleagues for the professional and efficient way you handled our booking. We are very pleased that we were provided with full information, clear direction and map to help us to find the property. You have made it less stressful for us....it was already very stressful to drive around Lake Como!
Thanks again. We'll certainly love to book our accommodations in Italy through you again in the future.
