Booking Procedure: Booking is on a first-come-first-served basis. To confirm participation we require total non-refundable payment. No deposit or payment is processed until your participation has been confirmed. If we cannot confirm the tour, we will offer you alternatives before we charge your credit card. If you are paying by check you must fill out the form, print it, sign it, and fax it to us with a copy of your check, then mail us the check. We regret that we cannot request or confirm a booking without your payment information. Payment for the tour constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
